I am a bigger guy but recently since I’ve decided to finally get my life in order and become the man I know I can be I started working out (lost 30 pounds YEAH BUDDY). I want to get down in weight switch over to custom 3 piece suits but before I do that I wanted to get down to a suitable healthy weight. I am also starting to get into this stuff heavily so I can get out of my current job, I feel I’m entirely too smart for my job (all my co-workers agree).
While we’ve all read the bull shit or it feels like bull shit about working out and how it helps I’m going to tell you my recent experiences and the differences in how I feel. I’ve read all those articles: feel better, more energy, etc. the problem is it’s hard to get past the first hump but I want you guys to realize how worth it working out is. It is very important to having game and being an attractive mate. Here are my own personal experiences. Keep in mind it takes about 10-15 days to start feeling most the benefits I’m listing now:
Sex Drive – When I work out I can have sex for HOURS. I love it, when you work out your sex drive goes through the roof but it isn’t in an uncontrollable manner.
Health – Everyone knows it’s healthy to work out; do I really need to further get into it?
Attraction – When you work out it makes you appear to be a younger healthier mate and thus attract more opportunities. You also move younger and healthier which helps women see you are a young healthy mate.
Energy – I always have more energy when I work out. The first 10 days or so are draggy but after that you almost need to work out or you feel draggy.
Alpha/Stress – Alpha’s are known for creating more positive stress chemicals and less negative stress chemicals. Working out is a positive form of stress that will also decrease your negative stress.
Confidence – I don’t really have a problem with confidence and I’ve always been laid back, however since then my confidence has sky rocketed even higher. Damn women at my work won’t stop hitting on me and I’m NOT interested in any women I work with.
Feel Better – Because of all this other stuff you really do feel better. It feels good after working out but as I said working out starts out rough and after a bit you just need to do it or you feel bad or in a funk.
MAKE IT 8 REASONS:
Mental Awareness – Your mind is quicker and you are quick on your feet, that energy is mental as well. You literally get smarter because of your awareness.
There are plenty more reasons to work out especially under the health and attraction topic but the point is to keep this small and to the point – WORK OUT and you’ll improve your game immensely. Do it for yourself and your confidence not to fuck 150 women. Working out is for you and no one else.

P.S. for all you fat guys out there I believe Oprah said you gain 1 inch of dick for every 35 pounds you lose. So if you are 300 pounds and lose 105 pounds you gain 3 inches a dick LOL.
